Who Are We?
Pathway Supply was acquired through a partnership that was formed between Flowing River Capital, Nekaneet First Nation, Fishing Lake First Nation Ventures and NorthStar Capital in the Fall 2024. The organizations recognized the need to diversify and offer new ways to support customers across multiple industries. Our focus on enhancing value for our customers is supported by each of our organizations' missions to build businesses that are focused on impact.

From component repair and overhaul to maintenance planning and management, we have the expertise and resources to meet our customers’ needs. Safety is our top priority, we take every precaution to ensure that our employees, customers, and environment are protected. We have robust safety policies and procedures in place, and our technicians undergo rigorous training to ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards.

Pathway Supply LP carries everything you need to maintain a productive and safe workplace. Currently the Pathway Supply Warehouse has over 3500 inventoried items with access to many more. These items include but are not limited to:

- hand tools

- power tools

- rigging

- welding supplies

- personnel protective equipment

- clothing

- boots

- hand protection

- eye protection

- fall arrest

- janitorial supplies

- signage

As a First Nations supply partnership Pathway Supply has one simple goal — create the pathway to supply our partners with the necessary tools and resources required to get the job done.

Through Flowing River Capital and NorthStar, Pathway will have strong connections to government, agriculture, mining, crown corporations and other sectors across Saskatchewan and Western Canada. In recent years, government and business have begun investing heavily in diversity and inclusion policy and programs. We believe that by acquiring an established and proven business, adding our networks and understanding the driving force behind diversity and inclusion Pathway can and will be a major player in the distribution arena.
