Founded in 1977 by Thor Lynum, LYNUM-Progressive Industries is a family owned and operated company, serving the Mining, Aggregate, Pulp and Paper, and Power Generation Industries. The LYNUM Group is now lead by Erik Lynum, Thor’s oldest son.

LYNUM-Progressive Industries has grown into an industry leader by supplying high quality equipment that provides cost effective solutions with unparalleled customer service. By following these beliefs, it has allowed us to become one of Western Canada’s leading distributors of processing equipment and wear components in the industry.

Serving Western Canada, from our 3 regional offices, we are located close to all our major customers. With our Head Office in Surrey, BC and branch offices in Kamloops, BC and Saskatoon, SK, we are only a short distance away.
LYNUM-Progressive Industries expanded our capabilities by opening a manufacturing division in Kamloops in 1997. Progressive Rubber Industries has now become a leader in the manufacturing of abrasion and corrosion resistant products throughout Western Canada.
We expanded our manufacturing capabilities further by re-acquiring the polyurethane shop, now known as Progressive Polyurethane Products (P3), in November of 2015.
