Impact Energy Industrial LP is an Indigenous-owned electrical and instrumentation contractor formed through a partnership between Birch Narrows Dene Development Inc. (BNDDI) and Impact Energy Services Ltd. (IES). The partnership combines strong community roots with proven technical expertise to support mining and industrial projects across Saskatchewan and beyond.
IEIM specializes in construction within the mining sector, with a strong focus on uranium and growing involvement in potash. The team is built to execute complex electrical and instrumentation scopes safely, efficiently, and with a high standard of professionalism.
IES is a Saskatchewan-based contractor with over a decade of experience delivering electrical and instrumentation solutions across industrial, commercial, agricultural, and institutional markets, supported by a team of 100+ skilled professionals. Operating from Saskatoon, IEIM is equipped to mobilize quickly and support projects across regional and provincial boundaries.
The company is driven by a commitment to delivering quality work, building trusted relationships, and creating meaningful opportunities for Indigenous participation in the workforce and supply chain. All work is guided by accountability, respect, and a focus on long-term partnerships.
