Saskatoon Custom Powder Coating performs sandblasting and powder coating operations for the mining, oil and gas, and agricultural industries. In our 33,000 square foot facility in Saskatoon, we operate an indoor, reclaim steel grit blast room along with three powder coating booths and ovens. With 18 years in business and a staff of qualified sandblasters and painters, SCPC has become recognized as the leaders in powder coating technology in Saskatchewan.

What sets SCPC apart from everyone else is our product line of corrosion resistant epoxy powder coatings. As a world leader in corrosion resistant epoxy coatings, Akzo Nobel Coatings has worked with us to develop epoxy powder coating systems for the potash mining industry that meet, and often exceed, the current specifications. Examples of products being powder coated with these products and systems are:

  • Handrail and Ladders
  • Steel Grating (including anti-slip coatings)
  • Drive Guards / Expanded Metal
  • Structural Steel
  • Chutes and Ductwork (including high temperature coatings)

These products and systems also meet the specifications for oil and gas, agricultural, and many other industries.
